چکیده
Telomerase reverse transcriptase as the core component of telomere and most common non-coding region mutation gene in melanoma, may play a significant role development melanoma. The aim this study is to investigate anti-tumor effect human telomerase (hTERT) knockdown malignant melanoma its potential clinical value. We employed hTERT strategy detected expression target by transcriptase-quantitative polymerase chain reaction western blot analysis. Then investigated effects performing cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration invasion assays A375 cells lines vitro observing growth via xenografts mouse model vivo. Knockdown decreased ability invasion, significantly increased apoptosis were arrested G0/G1 phase (P<0.05). In mice, inhibited metastasis It confirmed that essential for tumorigenesis expected be novel or related biomarker treatment

Telomerase is closely related to tumor, and hTERT is the rate-limiting factor for telomerase activity. The transcription and expression of hTERT is determined by hTERT promoter, which has the ability of anchoring telomerase positive cells. RNA interference (RNAi) has been potentially used in the functional genomics and gene therapy recently. However, the limitations of RNAi uncertain interferen...

Sinus mucosal malignant melanoma, is a rare type of melanoma with poor prognosis which is usually occurred in the adults. This is a rare case of a 33-year-old man presenting 2-week-long headache and nasal obstruction with the emphasis on the importance of Immunohistochemical staining to help the diagnosis.
متن کاملAntitumor effect of recombinant human lymphotoxin on a tumor line of human malignant glioma.
We examined the antitumor effect of recombinant human lymphotoxin (rHuLT) on a xenotransplantable human malignant glioma line. Tumor-bearing nude mice were treated with rHuLT for three weeks following four schedules: intratumoral injection of rHuLT 20,000 units once a week, twice a week, intravenous injection once a week and twice a week. The inhibition rate of tumor growth was 98.8%, 99.1%, 92...
متن کاملEffect of Immune Responses Against Hydatid Cyst Antigens on Growth of Melanoma Tumor
Background: Hydatid cyst is the larval stage of the tape worm parasite, Echinococcus granulosus. Human is infected by ingestion of parasite ova excreted in dog feces. The anticancer activity of different antigens of hydatid cyst has been reported in the previous works. In this research, the role of immune system in induction of this anticancer activity has been investigated.Materials and Method...
